All novelty (California Clock Company and NJCroce) orders are shipped free by USPS Priority Mail

All Rhythm clocks are shipped by FedEX Home Delivery and require an adult signature. If you need to know if a clock is in stock, please call us at 217-544-0840.

Orders placed before 4PM(CST) on a FedEX business day are shipped same day. After 4PM(CST), Next Business day. You will soon receive your receipt with tracking # via e-mail.

Out-of-Stock Rhythm orders, please allow 5 business days processing.

A few in-stock small clocks may be shipped by U.S. Postal Service and require an adult signature.

Howard Miller orders are drop shipped directly from Howard Miller. Please allow 2-3 business days processing time. You will soon receive a receipt to your e-mail address. When we receive the UPS tracking # from Howard Miller for your clock(s) shipment, we will update your receipt and email it to you.

All Grandfather clocks and Curio Cabinets; please allow 3 business days processing and up to five days shipping time. They are shipped by CEVA freight directly from the Howard Miller warehouse. CEVA will contact you directly en route to arrange the delivery date and time that is best for you. Please inspect your item before accepting and signing for your item.
