This lively cuckoo clock presents a cheerful, activity-filled day at the chalet. At the center of the scene you’ll find a strikingly handsome, exquisitely detailed black cat eyeing two little mischievous mice in the cellar. Off to the left side there’s a rotating waterwheel flanked by Lake Brienz stones resembling boulders. Completing the picture, off to the right, you’ll discover Peter, the goatherd from the Heidi stories, wielding a walking stick as he guards three little goats in their stable. This fun and animated cuckoo clock has four moving elements: dancers on the balcony, a waterwheel, two mice and three goats. After the cuckoo calls, all these delightful features go into motion while one of two tunes plays alternately. It’s a highly entertaining, show-stopping scene every time! Movement runs for one day before you need to wind up the chain. Dancing couples that twirl across the balcony as music plays. A waterwheel, goats and mice that rotate with the music. The figurines are hand-carved and hand-painted, which makes each one of them original and unique. A manual switch that allows you to turn off the music and cuckoo sounds without interrupting the clock movement.
