Shipping Policy

All Kit-Cat orders are shipped by USPS Ground Advantage and require an adult signature for delivery.

Orders placed before 4PM(CST) are shipped same day.

All Grandfather clocks and Curio Cabinets; please allow 3 business days processing and up to five days shipping time. They are shipped by CEVA freight directly from the Howard Miller warehouse. CEVA will contact you directly en route to arrange the delivery date and time that is best for you. Please inspect your item before accepting and signing for your item.
